I feel that RK asked Herione to send Madhu to his vanity van as he was remembering the head massage (champi) given by Madhu few days back and he was unable to control his urge to experience the same as he can't keep himself away from Madhu...he like Madhu around him.
Also, when Madhu about to start the massage RK gone in to flashback and enjoyed the massage and care from Madhu but restrict himself from showing off...
Also, when Madhu slips from Vanity van and shouted in pain...RK immediately got up from chair...in hurry calling her name...came out side van hurriedly and massaged her foot...also...murmured the words "Madhu ..Madhu...tum"...when she wan in extreme pain he looked at her and also with deep concern asked her 'bahot dard ho raha hai"?
What this? Concern for the person you hate? NO...its pure love I suppose.
