Hrithik Roshan was born with a pair of dancing shoes on. Easily one of the best hotsteppers in Bollywood, the trade and junta are of the opinion that when Hrithik dances you stand transfixed.
And so it came as no surprise when the superstar recently performed during the 58th Filmfare Awards night the thunderous applause from his fraternity never stopped.
He owned the floor and the audience's attention for eight minutes and no one moved, except to screaming, clap and whistle.
Hrithik mixed some Spanish dance moves with Bollywood steps to perform on 'Senorita' from 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara'. The flamenco-inspired beats with tunes of Salsa served the perfect prelude to his next soul invoking and adrenal thumping number.
Hrithik's recital on 'Deva Sri Ganesha', from 'Agneepath' was mesmerising. The auditorium went berserk when Hrithik gave a power-packed non-stop performance.
Sony Entertainment Television Asia telecast the Filmfare Awards 2013 on Sunday 17 and next day Hrithik and his performance was the talk of the town. The actor was trending on social networking site for the whole day.
Hrithik took to Twiiter to acknowledge his fans and wrote: "Wow..thank u beautiful people!u give me more than I deserve, i keep all your words safely tucked away in my heart fr god knows I will need 2 hear them back frm time to time...love u all..thank u."
He continued: "Reading all your words... Thank u thank u thank u..! N thank u god fr perfect timing. needed this.. like we all do..frm time 2time:)sleep well guys, n live well tom! Love."
