Dude thats like saying.. I havent seen Paris so it doesnot esist or they shouldnt be showing that in movie. Hahahahah
And also one more thing .. the initial shooting was done in bhopal but now they do it in Mumbai :)

I don't think any 17 year law is applicable in India.
I've never ever heard about it.
My ancestral house is around 25 years old and we have not visited it even once.
It is still alive just like the doll factory and we didn't have any Governmental issues yet.

Well I would just say that at the end of the day,Qubool Hai is a fiction and not a reality show.
If all the legal laws that are prevalent in the real society get applicable to daily soaps,I think production houses will stop making fiction shows for sure.

Your query is quite genuine and logical.But I think we need to keep aside the practical aspects of real life while watching something that is reel.
