Well I would just say that at the end of the day,Qubool Hai is a fiction and not a reality show.
If all the legal laws that are prevalent in the real society get applicable to daily soaps,I think production houses will stop making fiction shows for sure.

Your query is quite genuine and logical.But I think we need to keep aside the practical aspects of real life while watching something that is reel.

As long as somebody is paying taxes, government cares less about how the building is. I was born and raised in a house that was more than 100 years old. Yes, we lived there, but we didn't do any big renovation and it was still there for 30 more years. So, buildings when built properly do come a long way.

well i dont hav much idea abt land related govt rules and regulations..its just a fiction so lets leave logics at d door and enjoy d show..b/w we hav seen numerous bloopers since the show has started airing,scratching our heads thinking abt d logic behind dem is of no use..so chill:)
