Idea! jaise loha loha ko kaatda hai, zeher zeher ko kaata hai, Anandi ka Thank You ko bhi Thank You se kaatna hoga. Haan wohi kaam karega dadisa ke iss chidakali par. Ab soch strategy soch, tu army general ka pota hi, iss tarah strategy mein nahin haar sakte.

Next morning, anandi very sweetly as usual gave the tea cup to Shiv, and poor unsuspecting thing didn't know what was coming her way.

Anandi was like totally shocked, immobilized not knowing what to say
Shiv aapko kya ho gaya. Chai ka pyala hi toh hai.

Nahin Anandi mujhe mat roko Thank You kehne se, tum roz subah subah uth kar mere liye chai banati ho to thank you toh banta hai.
(No Anandi don't stop me, from saying thank you, you get up early in the morning and make me the cup of tea, so I should thank you)
Anandi looked at him strangely wondering if something is wrong with Shiv and walked away in a huff.
Shiv got ready for office and sat down for breakfast. At the breakfast table were the lovely paranthas.
Anandi thank you for the lovely paranthas, they are soo'.. good'.
Choti Maa looked at him as if he has gone mad ' "Shiv yeh tumhe kya ho gaya, Anandi ko thank you kyun keh rahe ho. Yeh to roz hi banati hai."

Choti Maa, choti choti cheez hum kitna granted le lete hai. Iss paranthe ko banana mein Anandi ka kitna shram gaya hoga socha aap ne. Nahin humein yeh nahin karna chahiye. Anandi gave one last exasperated look and went off inside the kitchen.
Shiv had that CS wala smirk and realized his plan to irritate Anandi with his Thank You is working.
In the night when Anandi was setting up the bed, Shiv decided to make use of the golden opportunity and thanked her once again for setting his bed so nicely. Anandi got irritated, and finally burst out crying.
Collector Sahab, mera matlab Shiv aapko kya ho gaya hai. Subah se dekh rahi hoon. Thank You bole jaa rahein hai. Mere har kaam mein thank you bolte hai, jaise ki main koi parayi hoon, aapki patni nahin.
(Shiv what is wrong with you, since morning , you are saying Thank You for everything and all my work. And you are telling me thank you as if I am some stranger and not your wife)
Shiv looked on helplessly, and then tried consoling her, but Anandi was in no mood to listen to him.
He tried talking to her, but she brushed him away
Acchha ek baar toh sun lijiye. Maine yeh sab jaan bhooj kar kiya, taaki aapko ehsaas dila sakoon, jab bhi aap mujhe Thank You kehti hain, toh mujhe kaisa lagta hai. Mujhe aisa lagta hai ki main yeh sab kissi paraye ke liye kar raha hoon aur apni patni ke liye nahin.
Haan theek hai, issme seethe seethe bata sakte thein na. Itna satane ki kya zaroorat hai.
Lekhin tum Anandi seethe baat ko sunna hi nahin chahti, toh yeh try karna pada. Shiv with usual puppy sorry face said it.

That is fine, but you could have said it straight away, instead of torturing me so much
But Anandi you never wanted to listen to me, so had to try this route)
Anandi looking at him could not help smiling and condescendingly told him "Accha theek hai Shiv, main nahin kahungi ab har baat par thank you".
(Okay fine Shiv, will not say Thank You on every thing)
Shiv then smiled at his wife's innocent expression and said, theek hai, aur haan jis din tumne Thank You kaha, uss din ek penalty. Penalty kya hoga main tai karunga.
(Fine Anandi, but the day you tell me Thank You Again, there will be a penalty which will be decided by me)
Anandi agreed with a sweet smile of hers
