I think Vikram will come to the Wadhwa house with the marriage proposal. Sumit will be happy and accept it and plan the marriage soon as he believes that he will be dead soon. I think this is because after the marriage Aashka can disclose the secret and everyone will feel that the it is Vikram's child.

And that's why they showed Vikram knowing the truth and not any other member of the family especially Antara.
