do u mean emotionally ovi cant do that or biologically? cos emotionally, other than onir and purvi and the audience, in pr land that is ovi's baby and if she has milk and wants to breastfeed then thats completely acceptable. biologically purvi's milk is not really different from ovi's, as long as they are both lactating human female, the milk will be fine for the baby- thus in the olden days it was normal to have wet nurses. so ya if ovi chooses to she is as capable of breastfeeding as purvi is.

umm...ovi was nearly 8 months pregnant which means she probs already started producing colostrum that comes around the 2nd trimester and actual breast milk doesnt come hours to days after the placenta has been removed- which in ovi's case has been removed-she was pregnant and thus fully capable of breast feeding whenever her baby needs it. the baby is fine feeding on colostrum for the first few days and your body will start producing milk when the feeding baby needs it.

its not a matter of selfishness- its creepy for a mother to see another person breast feeding your baby. the hiring of a wet nurses is a dead practise as most parents nowadays are barely comfortable with strangers talking to their babies in parks let alone breast feeding them. so if purvi does breast feed that child- its creepy to ovi. she may know that the baby is hers but ovi doesnt. i would be offended if i was asked to let someone else breastfeed my child.
