I saw this Telebuzz video on YT and they mentioned that the entire hospital will be celebrating VDay along with AshNi...just some small info, no AshNi VDay scenes 😭

TFS.I think first they will celebrate vday at the hospital,thanks to Daksh probably and in due course Nidhi will mention how she would have liked to celebrate and hence the surprise from Ashu,but I am 100%sure that Nidhi will tell someone how she wants to celebrate vday.

TFS Hina. From the precap and promo we know there is a private Ashni celebration... ab uske aage aur peche kya hone wala hai dekhte hain... 😉

Even last year Ashu got inspired to celebrate VDay after he saw his hospital staff doing it, till then he was thinking it was only for teenagers and a waste of time...of course he has changed a lot in this one year but still he may get the idea to surprise Nidhi after seeing his hospital staff! 😊

If there's a celebration at KGH as well, that answers the question as to why Nidhi was all decked up while she was to go with Daksh to help him buy a VD gift. Chalo ek baat ki toh shanti ho gai...😊
