ABCD Second Weekend Box Office Collection. Good Run Continues.

ABCD good run at the box office continues in the 2nd weekend also. ABCD has collected around 6.25 crore nett in its second weekend. Film showed decent jump over the weekend despite new releases in Murder 3 and Jayantabhai Ki Luv Story. In addition to this Special 26 is also running well at the box office.

ABCD is already a big Hit considering no major star cast in it. Film has preformed better than expected. A lifetime collection of 40 crore nett mark is easy to achieve for the movie now. Be it makers, distributors, exhibitors, literally everyone has made profit from the film and it is a clean hit at the box office India.

Collection Breakup -

1st Week - 29 cr nett.

2nd Weekend - 6.25 cr nett.

Total - 35.25 cr nett.

Korean Production House to remake ABCD?

Siddharth Roy Kapur, managing director, Studios, Disney UTV, has confirmed they are in talks with a Korean production house for the remake rights of Remo D'Souza's "ABCD: Any Body Can Dance".

Asked if the Korean production house has shown interest in the film for a remake, Siddharth said, "Actually, we are still in talks, it is very early to say anything. We have got enquiry rights from various people, so it is a bit too early to comment on that."

"But we are very happy with the success of the film," he added.

"ABCD: Any Body Can Dance" featured Prabhudheva in the lead role. If reports are to be believed, the Korean production house is approaching "Gangnam Style" singer Psy to play Prabhudheva's role in the remake.
