Here's a new addition to the injury galore stories on Nach Baliye 2. Gauri Pradhan has sustained a hairline fracture on her left ankle while rehearsing with husband Hiten Tejwani early this week. However, it did not prompt the couple to call off their performance.

"I couldn't even think of not performing this week. Even my doctor threw a fit when he heard I was going to perform the next day. I took a few painkiller shots and I somehow managed to pull it off," says Gauri.

Big 'bang' theory

Talking about her injury, she further adds, "Last Tuesday, I was rehearsing with Hiten when I banged into his legs and was left with this searing pain. I was rushed to Belle View hospital in Andheri.

The X-ray reports suggested that there was a fracture. The doctor on duty advised me rest and a list of dos and don'ts. Obviously, I wasn't in a mood to listen. In spite of all the pain, I was only worried about the next day's performance."

Nevertheless, an anxious Hiten was in no mood to stress Gauri. "Gauri was already determined that we're going to perform. I asked her to give up her thoughts about the scores. That's the only thing I could do to comfort her."

However, on D-day the couple won accolades and even scored 24 (so far the highest on their individual score cards). Adds Hiten, "I'm so glad we've been appreciated. Finally, I can say, 'Wow, I can dance!'"

So can the couple rest now? Says Gauri, "There's no time to rest. I won't be rehearsing but deciding on the song and the composing the choreography for the coming week."

But i dunt get it....is Gauri made out of plastic?.....when she gets pulled by the arm too hard her arm gets fractured or watever n wen she gets hit on the ankle by sum1 elses foot...she gets a fracture....its a wonder i fell down from the top of my stairs n i just got a brused arm...how cum my arm didnt get fractured??...hmm....mystery....😆😉😛
