Parallel world.

Jeet can't see anyone. No one can see Jeet.

Anamika's world is make believe anyways. Jeet used to go to a Jungle Shamshan Ghat and imagine its an old house.

Nani's last words : Yeh hawa kuch theik nai lag rahi.

More suspense coming?

Jeet is under her spell and doesn't seem to be aware of his actual life and relationships. Hence, maybe he can not invite Anamika to his house and she in turn cannot go there uninvited. (But wait that is a vampire thing, not sure how this entering a domain relates or works out for chudails)
