I know some of you are wondering abt how Daksh would blackmail Ashu (why do you wonder so much yaar..bekar me hamara kaam badh jaata hai !)...
so here are the reasons ...
seven...he would tell ashu that it was his machaan in which ashu and nidhi bitao "no barsat ki ek raat "..he even has a video to prove it (we saw it remember after it got PG certificate ! ?) and he would show that on "Stony " channel !
six..he would buy all the adrak in lucknow and would blackmail ashu by saying that unless he gives in to daksh's demands ,he would not get adrak and hence AKC anymore !
five ...he would tell ashu that he knows about the one night jacket stand in London and he has the coat and detailed juicy information about that night after hearing which Nidhi would make sure Ashu sleeps on chatai for the rest of his life ! 
four ..he would tell ashu that he and nidhi took food from his wife in jungle during their honeymoon and he would tell everyone in Lucknow that the lucknow famous surgeon was begging for food in jungle ! 
three...He would tell ashu that he knows that ashu maroed pudiya in his medical exams and DD doesnt know that .If DD comes to know this ,Ashu would cease to be his favourite student ! (for those who are unfamiliar with jharkhandi language ,maro pudiya means cheating in exams !)
two...He would tell ashu that the sadhvi who ashu had treated during his ateet visarjan, is pregnant with ashu's child (hows that possible? dont ask me !) ..if nidhi or worse DB comes to know about this ..tab toh ...
one ...He would tell ashu that he has stolen his engagement ring (if nidhi comes to know that ashu has lost his ring ,again ,we all know whats gonna happen !)
