23 killed in Pak road accident

Islamabad: Twenty-three people were killed and more than 30 injured when a speeding bus collided with an oil tanker on a country road in central Pakistan on Sunday, reports said.
The crowded bus veered off its lane and rammed the oil truck which was coming from the opposite direction near Alipur, a town west of Multan, Geo television channel quoted a police official as saying.
More than 15 of the injured people were shifted to hospitals in Multan, Alipur and Muzaffargarh in serious condition.
