Some ppl accusing the reults were the

outcome of regional voting. Punjab supporting Mona and Goa supporting Toby. I forgot which thread I read that in. I'd have replied in that thread instead of making this new post. I just can't find that thread.

I cannot believe how ppl can believe such things. If Mona won bc she's a punjaban, what was Mumbai doing? sleeping?

Mona never asked for votes saying she's a punjaban, she never even mentioned her Punjabi heritage. Shveta, on the other hand, after doing that Koli dance, made it a point to tell everyone that she's from the koli community. Kolis is basically the fishermen community. I guess they must not have cell phones or know who to sens SMS, hence she lost.

Blame the kolis for Shveta's loss. 😳 (Sarcasm intended)

Mona didn't do it during the show. Shveta did and that's what most ppl watched. I didn't watch that promo tour so I don't know. Anyway, they both used whatever tactics they could and janta voted for whom they liked best.

Unlike Zee, Sony did not share no. of votes each contestant got. They just declared the winner. So we go by that 😉 . Without any data it is hard to say whether mona got votes from north, toby got votes from goa and shveta/longi's gavvale did not vote for them. But from the clips they showed the day before the finale it was clear that some of shveta's fans did not know how to vote for her
