Anger, frustration, guilt and pain over took him and Maan's hand tightened on the glass he was holding and only when the glass was crushed in his hand he came back to reality.

"Maan" Geet shouted and took his hand. "Maan Maan" Geet got all nervous and her eyes filled with tears. The blood soon started oozing from his hand but he was not feeling any pain from it, his eyes were fixed on Geet.

"aise kya dekh rahen hai, where is first aid box" He then pulled his hand from her hand

"I am fine Geet, you should not worry about it" She shaked him, she felt her heart was bleeding, how could he do this

"Babaji kya karoon" she ran to kitchen, brought water but then thought what she will do with water, he had cut not burn. Her mind was not working seeing his blood while Maan was watching her blankly

"It's in room closet" he said still in trance but his blank eyes were just fixed on Geet who was running here and there for him

Geet madly searched the closets when at last she found it. Geet nursed his wound, tears flowing from her eyes while Maan's eyes were still fixed on her.

Geet after nursing, went to the room and closed the door. It was then Maan ralized.

"Geet open the door, open the door Geet" He shouted

Geet opened the door after a while but turned her back to him

Maan held her shoulder from back "Sorry" "you don't care for my feelings at all"

Maan turned her and hugged her tight "I am sorry, my faults are countless."

Geet seperated a little "are you upset that I did not take medicine"

Maan placed his palm on her mouth "don't ever say that. Now that she is in our life I can't even think of it. She is my daughter, I am still absorbing it Geet. I felt elated when I held her as my daughter and next I was filled with Guilt"

He turned "My mind my heart is all so confused, I am feeling so suffocated"

Geet knew this moment Maan needed her most and she was all there for him. Though her body and mind will take some time to react like olden days but she was all for him..

"Mere hote hue bhi" Maan went and hugged her "You both are my world"

They were in bed, quiet "Geet you have exam tomorrow, so take rest"

"Tomorrow is a break, day after tomorrow I have paper" Maan looked at Geet.

Maan went near Geet and took her in his embrace. Geet could not hold more and slipped her head comfortably on his chest. The feeling was so out of world; such comfort and secure feeling. Even with whole family around her to care there was no comparision with the warmth and secure feeling that his embrace gave to her.

Tears dropped her eyes "I know sorry is nothing but still sorry baby" he pulled her closer.

"why did you take all this from me, dare you ever" "shhh" Maan placed finger on her lips

"Abb kabhi bhi aisa nahi hoga, please trust me for that" Geet rubbed her teary face on his shirt.

"Geet, I need permission from you" Geet was quiet, just feeling his warmth which she has missed all along and for which she has not even forgiven him. But she did not want to miss it anymore.

"I have missed lot, I want to live it all. Please let me completely take care of you both."

"I want all my two yrs back Maan, I want you to give me every'"

"Shhh, just leave yourself completely on your Maan" "And Maanya 10 times of what she have missed you."

Maan kissed on top of her head. It was then Maanya cried from other room.

Geet rushed and Maan behind her. Geet gave Maanya in hands of Maan befor she went to bring her food; it came so naturally from her. With Maan there she doesn't have to even think.

While Maan tried to calm Maanya, not knowing how, he made her sit on his shoulder and Maanya was suddenly quiet but the reason was she got Maan's hair to pull. Maan could not even think of complaining of the sweet pain but it was so satisfactory feeling.

Geet laughed as she saw the condition of Maan. This is what Maan was for her, pampering his princess and now his angel to no end.

She fed Maanya as Maan was keenly looking, as if learning it. Later, Geet complained in typical motherly way

"Kuchu you wakes up exactly when it time for mamma to sleep, I am so sleepy baby"

Maan immeditly took Maanya from her and forced her in the room to sleep. Geet went away, feeling and relishing his presence back in their life. All two years anger suddenly seemed to vanish with his just few hours of presence.

That is what the love is, in absence of loved one, person gather complains of missing them but when ones love one comes infront, their presence fill our life with such happiness that complains go vanishing.

Though she had no plan of forgiving him so soon but her heart was uncontrollably disobying her and was dancing with joy. Geet closed her eyes, feeling the contentment that her life is back.

Maan on other side, took Maanya on his shoulder and was giving her ride in whole room. She was playing with his thick hair, pulling them and Maan was feeling the internal joy, still trying to believe she was his own daughter. He was a father now.

He place Maanya down and gave her toys but Maanya was fighting to get his cell phone from his pocket' Maan smiled and gave her. As she was pushing its button and playing with it he was just admiring. She was his daughter, so cute, so delicate, and so beautiful.

Now while Maanya was busy trying to eat the cell phone Maan was lost in her. How she would have come up in this world... ohh he didn't yet knew her Birth date. He was again filled with guilt for moment, what a father he was. It was all because of him that Geet did not tell him; he could only blame himself for everything.

Maan then played with Maanya, though she looked for Geet but still she soon became comfortable with Maan coz he let her do anything to him. After long she drifted to sleep and then Maan brought her to their room and made her sleep in between them.

Maan kept looking at his both priceless possessions for long before the sleep took him over.

Next morning Geet was quietly awakened by smiling Maan and her bed tea was ready. Maan had decided whole night, whatever guilt or pain he have, he will slowly get over them but he will not let his princess and angel be affected by it in any way.

As Geet took the tea, small tear formed on her eyes but smile on her lips "why did you made me miss all this, I am really angry on you" With him being around Geet was tempted to embrace the happiness of his being near and her anger were just vanishing.

"Hmm' I know you missed you 24*7 slave a lot" he teased

"I am not talking to you" Geet kept her tea on side and loosing all her controlled, melted herself in his chest, tears flowing down her cheeks

"You have no idea at all how much I missed you, each moment every moment. I will not fogive you for that." Maan kissed her forehead and let her calm down on his braod chest.

Later Maan got busy preparing breakfast for themselves and learning from Geet about Maanya's food.

He didn't let Geet do anything and made her sit and do her revisions and he was in other room busy with Maanya, did not let her disturb Geet at all.

Maan also tried on his own to feed Maanya, it was not a cake walk though. Then when he made breakfast and went to call Geet, his decorated house looked all upside down. It was Maanya he saw. Holding two random things in her hands and walking in the house and when one fell from her hand she went in other direction and picked something else.

Maan was absorbed in her cuteness and forgot all about the effort it will take to redo the room.

When Geet came in for breakfast "Maanya!!! Ohh god what she has done? "

"You come and have breakfast, I will fix the room"

"you have no idea, she can keep doing it. We have so many people running behind her, you have no idea"

"I don't need anyone to run behind my daughter. Let her do what she wants, I will fix the things"

Geet got angry "yes, pamper her, spoil her and then one day put all kind of burden on her to handle on her own." Maan could feel her pain.

He held Geet by her shoulder "Geet, Baby, believe me, I know the pain I have given you is not worth sorry but trust me, from now on I am there with you both, always."

Then while Geet sayed in home as she had her final papers to prpare Maan went out with Maanya.

While Geet was cribbuing about father daughter leaving her alone and going out together, her heart was dancing with the way Maan was pampering them.

For Maan the day was not easy with Maanya but father's care and natural love made Maanya gell with Maan.

By the night that day, Maanya's room was all set, decorated. Her own bed was set up. The room was filled with soft toys and other toys.

Maan blindfolded Geet and brought her there. Geet had tears in her eyes but this was her complain ' how could he take away all this much love from her life for two long years.

"Howz the surprise? " "I hate you" "I know" he hugged her tight "now you can decorate this room as per your wish" he kissed her forehead.
