Quite symbolic...what God giveth, God taketh away I suppose.
On a lighter note, I wanted to see the baba who had initially blessed the Zashi relationship in the dargah with Allah's blessings. I would have liked to see his reaction. That baba needs to have his baba license revoked! 😆

@bold: An interesting line. What God giveth, when not treated with due respect, God taketh away. Something that the producers of the show desperately need to keep in mind.

By extension, the same should apply to Rishi, Indira, Inder, Munna, and Kutumb too, right? Each of them has been guilty of this at some point in time or the other. But I guess they are too insignificant for the writers to trifle with them. So, they are never written into the story. They either stand at the periphery or are used on incidental occasions.

@bold: Absolutely, it applies to all of them! When I wrote that line, I wanted to clarify (but didn't) that by no means am I absolving Zara or individuals of personal responsiblity when it comes to the decisions they make in their lives. All the characters in this story have been given a lot, but alas they chose to dwell on the things they don't have!
But "due respect" is a difficult concept to define because intentions, circumstances, past experiences, personality traits, insecurities, all contribute to the actions we take. Certain behaviors though, because of their gross malice, are easier to condemn than others.
