Love journey of Hiten & Gauri Tejwani

In fact, audience loved their love-hate scenes so much that Ekta had to come up again with season two of the show. Fighting on screen led to brewing of passionate romance between Gauri and Hiten. Audience was crazy for their on screen chemistry and both the actors even won several awards for their awesome performance.

Ekta had to rope in Gauri to play the lead opposite Hiten in her mega show 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' on popular demand. Viewers welcomed them warmly and showered their love.

Hiten is quiet a romantic full of mischief in his eyes, while Gauri is a no-non sense person. I guess this opposite behavior attracted them towards each other. I love this Jodi and I believe there are thousands of their fans who love them too. However, initially Hiten and Gauri never thought that they would get married someday. Both of them came to Mumbai with big dreams in their eyes. They met at the shooting of a commercial but it was during their two-mega shows that they came close.

Gauri and Hiten got married on April 29, 2003 at a private function in Pune, which is Gauri's hometown. In fact, both were so busy that they hardly got any time to shop. We can understand, as one has to pay a price for stardom. Nevertheless, Hiten being an ideal husband took his wife to Bangkok for a beautiful honeymoon.

In November 11, 2009 both became proud parents to twins Katya and Nevaan. Gauri is now busy in handling her kids and beautiful house.

Hiten was recently seen playing Manav's character in yet another Ekta's hit serial 'Pavitra Rishta.' Hiten is a very supportive husband and loves his family a lot. He has also ventured into opening a restaurant because both Hiten and Gauri are foodie. Hiten has very tastefully decided the theme of his restaurant and loves to serve his customers in his free time. Isn't it a sweet surprise for them?
