I think he has joined Tyagi to get all proofs so he will use it against him and this way closing all doors for Tyagi;s escape

I think he would have saved Vani today as well.

Hmm yeah I think he's going to get all the information about tyagi and use it against him.!!
He can't be a negative character what was the point of cv's bringing in someone negative when there's enough people playing that role !!
I think that the lawyer wants to marry sayali so he can get her out of the house and protect her !!

Or it could be that he's working undercover as an angent or something I just don't know anything is possible but I know for a fact he isn't want he seems !! Although yea he is cold hearted but what sayali says to him does effect him in a sense.

I thought so to- he has hidden his true motives from everyone.

That he is a lawyer in the top of his ranks makes me wonder whether he has a plan of his own. I think he will try to find a route to sneak into the Tyaagi mentality, in order to know who he is dealing with from inside out, and eventually break down the stronghold Tyaagi has over authorities, by first of all gaining his trust; as he has managed to do at present, so that he can fight the case from within the corrupt system. I also thought that he might be an old friend of poor old Nimai's which will explain his motives to help Vaani- if he turns out to have proper good intentions that is.

But unless he really is as he seems, ie. fighting for Tyaagi's case I still think that in time he might change for the sake of Sayali.

Pathak has successfully managed to build a wall between father and son and he knows for him to win its important to break the bond of the Tyagi's father and son relationship so yeah looks like he is good and has come to destroy them in their way

No he is a bad character whom will turn good with Sayalis love blah blah

Typical love hate romance

If he helped Sayali he would be going against his profession as a lawyer due to client confidentiality

He is not a good person at the moment

I also think the same that he just wants to get full trust of Tyagi. Remember he said to Sayali when putting the ring on her finger ' Kuch paane ke liye dard sahena sikko." I maybe wrong but I think he will turn against Tyagi after getting all the evidences. In the meantime he will dance to his tune.
