Now that we know that Vinay (Purvi's ex-fiancee) is the blackmailer, I have a few thoughts:

Ovi always had doubts on Purvi's pregnancy duration.
May be she has hired Vinay & now Vinay is playing double game - taking money from Ovi as well as from Purvi.
Or may be Punni must have overheard some part of Onir & Purvi's conversation about Purvi's pregnancy which lead her to doubt & she must have teamed up with Vinay.

It is Punni who has teamed up with Vinay as she always gives some wierd looks to Purvi and whenever Purvi's mobile rings she always acts like she was expecting the call from blackmailer.

exactly... however we cannot rule out the possibility of Ovi's involvement

No involvement of Punni... I can bet!!!!!!!!!!!!

Though the possibility of Ovi/Onir teaming up wid Vinay Can't be ruled out.

After yesterday episode..seems like punni has something in her mind.
Maybe you are right that she heard onir-purvi conversation.

Or maybe vinay is doing this by himself.
It could be he has saw purvi 6 months ago in kolkata and stalked her since.

It can not be onir or ovi.
that would be extremely absurd to think.
even ekta kapoor will agree with me.

why not?

I mean when it comes to Purvi - Ovi goes berserk !!!!

Onir - yes even I doubt on his involvement
