Since they are divorcees now, will they have to go through the marriage process again and get legally married again by getting registered as married?

yes they hv to marry again.but i don'think family wud tk interest in it as lot of tensions r going on.i feel yash vl realize this immediately and vl hv marry her again in a temple with no one else
