Did I say raising his hand is justified?No I did not!I am saying maybe his slapping Zoya is part of the story to show what a male chauvinist he is.Ok you tell me when a mother slaps her child for doing a mistake,can she slap her own mother if she does the same mistake?No she doesn't!Asad didn't slap Zoya because she did a mistake,he slapped her because he was in lowest emotional state and crying about his mother whom he thinks Zoya nearly killed and she came to say sorry.As a reflex he raised his hand!If that would've been the case he would have slapped Zoya as soon as he saw her.
And No I do not think that is right!

Because if he wanted to raise his hand,he would have raised his hand long back when she committed so many mistakes. by disrupting his life.He could have hit Najma when Najma cut her hair or lied to him.People react differently when in stress,he reacted by impulsively slapping her which is not right.He did not slap her for committing a mistake.If that would've been the case he would have slapped Zoya as soon as he saw her.So slapping Dilshad for her negligence doesn't come in the picture.

He regrets his mistakes only when someone shows him, other than that I have never seen him regretting any fault of his on his own...
When he slapped Zoya...I thought at least for a slight moment he would regret that he hit her, but what happened ???
Today he was abusive again and even meaner with his words abt her mom...
So now that once again his mom tells him the truth...will he learn from this ???
That is yet to be seen, but frankly I don't see it happening.
After today I don't trust Asad at all...he seems capable of anything
Asad is a male chavinist and he will remain one...

Zoya...well she was being portrayed as a strong, independent girl, but nowadays she has become a meek bechari...who just takes the crap of Asad all the time.
She should demand respect , but from what I saw today...I highly doubt that we will see the strong Zoya back again, esp after she falls for this male chavinist
If she can so easily forgive Asad for what he did and said, then what will she do when she's in love with him ??? She will just allow him to walk over her
By accepting his easy apology even easier will not result in him respecting her...I feel he's just taking her good nature and easy forgiving nature for granted
