This is where we give a thumbs up to everything that's hot and happening in the city, and a tight slap to those who, well, deserve it. We LOVE the fact that Your Life is strong enough to bring about a change that was long overdue in hookah joints. In a story titled "Hooked on to hookahs", we spoke of the harmful effects of Sheeshas, and how they were being served to minors. After the story was published, one of the regulars we interviewed at Cafe Mocha informed us that the eatery has started checking IDs before serving 5% tobacco and .5% nicotine (disguised in scented smoke) to college kids. We're glad we cleared the air on that issue. We LOATHE the fact that the winner of a dance contest should be decided on the basis of goodwill votes rather than her dance moves. Ex-Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa participant Pooja Bedi has publicly announced that between finalists Mona Singh and Shveta Salve, Mona deserves to win because she is a "better person". Goodwill votes huh? Even the dance show's hosts Parmeet Sethi and Archana Puransingh are rooting for Mona. We know Jassi won the hearts of a million, but on the dance floor, Shveta jaisi koi nahi.

Finally,something that's positive....That too from mid day,who earlier published those barrage of mudslinging articles👏

they are just trying to sell their paper..how else do u think they will sell..if they publish contradicting reports each day???....

But Mid Day was the one to spread these news first!!! they have anyways tarnished her image already!! whatever they write now to mend things, will not work as the D Day is already here and the winner already planned!!

Mid day always does this...Prints some trash,and then do the damage control,in some itsy corner of the daily,which people would completely miss

this wasnt an article,it was in the YOUR LIFE section,somewhat like a tidbit,and it comes in one corner of the newspaper...I would have appreciated had they published this in the same section and space where the article traducing shveta had appeared!..That article was the headlines of the Tv section of hitlist🤢

Well I hope the best one wins.....if not, then anyway Shvetha will always be the winner according to me 😉
