in tonite episode rk gave madhu a rose without thorns which symbolises dat he intends to give madhu a happy life without any hurdle.he also said dat he found dat rose without thorn after much effort.i just loved dat.i think it points towards a positive and happy future so most probably nothing bad is going to happen.
