I think that just like how Tara helps Saloni in the Kooki Kaki mess... I think Brijesh might help her this time.. Just a thought.
As for Rukma, definitely Saloni will use her to her advantage once she finds out that Rukma was brought by Jiji... It's obvious that the Vaid and Rukma are in on the plan with Jiji which is why Jiji is adamant about using the vaid and not sending Tara to a specialist...
My only fear is that Urvashi will try to bring the blaim on Saloni for poisioning Tara.. (could be part of her plan).. let's wait and see!
