Before people get around to claiming I'm an IPK fan out to criticise the show and make Asad look bad, etc. etc. let me state my loyalty lay with Asad because I watched the show from Day 1 and said, hey here's a guy who's at least not getting physically abusive, is polite... So what if he's a bit conservative?

I fell in love with the characters enough t stay up nights to write fan fictions on AsYa! Woe is me!

I empathised with him cos Zoya didn't behave like a guest. Zoya was wrong to hide Mariam. She should have told him. But no matter what, it does not give Asad any right to slap anyone... If it was a guy in Zoya's place I'd be equally outraged. It's not about a man hitting a woman, it's about venting in the wrong manner.

Anyway, here's a song dedicated to all my friends... Was on my mind this morning... And I had to share it!

Maybe Asad can sing this the next time he strums the guitar collecting money for underprivileged kids! šŸ˜‰

New song by Asad: I hit a girl (sung to the tune of Katy Perry's I kissed a girl)

This was never the way I planned

Not my intention

I got so angry, out of hand

Lost my discretion

It's not what, I'm used to

Just wanna fry her on

I'm really upset cos

(She) caught my attention (at a wrong time)

I hit a girl, felt like it

Don't know if she minds it

I hit a girl, felt like it

I hope nobody minds it

It felt so right

It felt so nice

Don't mean that I'm right

I hit a girl, felt like it

I felt like it

No, I don't know if she's to blame

It doesn't matter,

She's my experimental game

(What I did) just human nature

It's not what, Good boys do

Not how we should behave

My head gets so confused

Hard to figure

I hit a girl, felt like it

Yaay! most girls don't mind it

I hit a girl, felt like it

Seems like the whole world likes it

Zoya croons!

I said this in the other post that Im not here to label you pro or against a show based on your opinion; infact right or wrong I appreciate those who speak out.

From the usual saas bahu bullshit, for once I saw a female (a hot one BTW) who was out of her saris and zewars and had this next girl attitude. She wore regular things and acted like regular people. I saw that she had confidence when she spoke and had a good ambassador of who todays girls need to be.

But then the producers push her under the bus and make her feeble and weak just like all others. We are suppose to feel for her sorry ass while admiring the manly strength of the hero. And then you get all praises and kudos for that, but if you decide to speak out all you get is character assasination.

People try to justify why the slap was deserved, how she secretly enjoyed and all that bullshit that really make my shake my head in disbelief. But let me ask you this, what was the need for him to slap that girl? Was it because of his mother? If yes then unless she was physically going and harming the mother I see no need for the "hero" to step in and give the thrashing.

Was she hurting anyone out of malice? Was she going and pulling some ventilator or poisoning her injection? If not then how dare he get involved and call it as defending his mother?

Please dont insult our intelligence by coming up with these BS justifications -- I wasn't born yesterday!

The above YOU is intended for all audiences and not at TM.

Ha! Good one!

Now Zoya needs to sing we're never ever ever getting back to together.

Or maybe love the way you lie mutual violence and all.

Bet the audience will totally think that's sexy and romantic

Sorry, seems like you missed the sarcasm dripping in this one!

I ABSOLUTELY HATED THE SLAP, THE GRABBING ZOYA BY THE NECK SEQUENCE.

I don't condone violence of ANY SORT!

No offence taken buddy! 😃

Just clarifying that this one's not to be taken at face value!

Lol good one!!! šŸ‘
I just can't get myself around to think that after the slap he will have the nerves to threaten her to kill her!!! Argh, there are OTHER ways of showing the hero's power and masculinity! This is just not done!! He needs to be begging her for forgiveness at least for couple of episodes, the realization needs to be real strong!!!
