THE NARRATIVE IS ABHYA

I and varun studied maths for about one hour..and there was no extra talk , only study..plus today was the cocktail party for youngsters..in which I was forceed to go... a party full of wolves and some crazy humans..and the worst part no ranbir there..so I wore a green short dress…the party was at the back lawn of kabir uncle's home..i wonder how would be drunken wolves…

I reached there..ish was already jumping in the house..

"hello massi.."

"oh thank god abhya...ishika ka dhyan rakhna yeh kam piye thodi.." I made weird expressions

"haan please abhya..iska dhyan rakhna ilkul apni maa par gayi hai .." kabir uncle said winking at massi..

"shut up kabir...ishika agar tumne zada pee..toh vahi so jana ..yaha mat aana.." massi said

"mom..huh..i will try not to get talli.."

"mom leave it on me.." rahul bhaiya came from stairs

"hey bhaiya.." he was wearing white shirt and black pant..and he hugged me..

"kya rahul bhai..aaj bhi black and white..kabhi to court ko chodo.." oh ish dnt knw bhaiya is a wolf..and that he has left his job..but still we all laughed..

"chale abhya.."

"bhaiya aap sab jao..mai aati hun" ish gave me weird looks and went.

"I turned to massi and asked "massi aapse kuch pucho tohsab sahi sahi bataoge?"

"aisa kya puchna hai.."

"massi mai yeh sawal mom ya dad se nahi puch sakti..isliye aap se..aaj se pehle jab dad ..you know vampire the..tab unke enemies kon the?"she felt shocked by my question.

"I cannot tell"

"pls massi.."

"pia will not leave me.."

"no one will tell her..pls massi..batao na"

"acha okay..ek siddarth tha..a vampire..vo abhay ka bhai tha..and dono ek doosere se nafrat karte the..and ek thi maithli thi a vampire too..abhay ka pehla pyaar jo tumhari mom ki duplicate thi…& so on massi told me everything..and the happy ending that they both got killed.."

"thanku so much massi ..ye baat sirf aapke aur mere beech hi rahegi ..dont worry"

"abhya sab khatam ho chuka hai par , tum darna mat"

"ofcourse not.." I smiled and left..i don't think there would be any connection between them and that stranger vampire..

The atmosphere here in he party is so happy.. I just went and sat wid ish..

"ish tu juice mai milakr pee rhi hai beer"it was stinking..

"ab raw toh peene nahi denge.."

"but yeh teri first ho ya na ho..but last zaroor hai..otherwise I will send you back in home.."

"acha baba.." and she gulped that juice in a second.. bewdi kahi ki..

Then in the background the song 'hookah bar' started playing..and bhaiya came and picked us both on the dance floor..varun too joined us soon..

We all did a fully masti dance..it was fun actually..

We were now sitting casually..ish lying half on the table..being so tired..ofcourse I wasn't..nither any wolves..

Suddenly..there was a noice of crack of glass of beer..the blood came oozing out from the person's hand..i couldn't resist.. I ran towards the man..holding his hand..the blood was calling me again.. 'no abhya..stop it. Stop it..' my mind said me ,i was breathing heavily..and shivering too ..

Rahul bhaiya came running from my back.. "abhya..abhya..it's okay..relax..you will not harm him" for a second or two I stoped breathing to not to intake the smell of blood and that very instant I ran out in the open..taking deep breathes..

It was varun and bhaiya who came behind me..

"abhya..are you alright..bacha I am sorry.."

"I am better now bhaiya..app kyu sorry bol re ho , isme kisi ki galti nahi hai..sirf mere aisa hone ki.." bhaiya hugged me..

"abhya..tu abhi ghar wapas ja rahi hahi"

"nahi bhaiya I'm fine now..bahar aakar theek lag ra hai..mai ghar jakar aap ko dukhi nahi dekhna chahti..mai jaongi toh aap poora time ye incident sochte rahoge..aap andar jao..mai yaha theek hoon.."

"no abhya"

"bhaiya aapki party chal rahi hai..jao , sab ko shak ho jaega nahi toh..pls..meri kasam aapko..jao"

"abhya..acha theek hai..varun bhai tu yahi reh .." and he left leaving a confused varun..

"what tum mujhe aise kyu dekh rahe ho.."

"you were dangerous.."

"please don't discuss that..nahi toh u can go inside as well"

"okay ..if you want this.." he stood silent by my side

I was relaxed by now.. "varun tumne kabhi aapni family ke bare mai nahi bataya.."

"as if tumne apne dad se kuch nahi suna uske baare mai"

"nahi I don't know anything..excpet alina aunty.." he looked so low right now..

"pata nahi tumhe kyu batao..but tum janna chahti ho toh theek hai.. mera dad..vikram chaudhary tha..matlab zinda hai voh but meri nazro mai marr chuka hai.." how rude apne dad ke bare mai aisa kon bolta hai.. "usne meri mom ko apne jhoote pyar ke jaal mai phasaysa..shaadi ki..aur mom ko pregnant karke vo bhag gaya..taking all the jewels mom had..inshort usse sirf paisa aur ek aurat " he was shivering now in anger..that means he could phase anytime..i need to relax him down.. I rubbed his shoulder.. "relax varun..mujhe aur kuch nahi jana tumhare uss janwar dad ke baare mai..please relax..dont phase now..please.." he relaxed out thankfully..i kept staring at him..untill he spoke the next time..

"I'm sorry., jab bhi uske ke bare mai baat karta hoon toh bahut gussa aa jata hai.."

"no I'm sorry muje nahi poochna chaihiye tha.." I was ashamed..

After the party I went to my room..since it was late plus I was tired too..and ranbir was busy hunting today to prepare himself for tomoro being in loads of humans..bhaiya's mariage..so I slept..

After a slow morning came a hurried afternoon...kyuki shaadi ke liye tayar hona tha..uff saree..then mom came in my room...

"beta u wud be needing help?"

"kisliye mom"

"tumhe saree pehni aati h?..i know tumhe nahi aati dat is y I m helping u out.."

"no mom mujhe aati hai..i will manage ..app ko bhi to tyaar hona hi na.." mini promised me to help me out wear it..she made weird expressions..

"vaise abhya maine abhay ko bata dia that tum hume aaj ranbir se milva rahi ho"

"WHAT?? Mom but u promised, didn't u?"

"I cant help usse pata chal gaya.. I am sorry abhya..i promise jaisa u r thinking vaisa kuch ni hoga.."

"oh no mom.." ab ek aur problem..ab bas dad ko doubt na ho ki ranbir is a vampire..i just wish that..

Now it was time to get ready.. mini was there already..

"hey kuch bhi karna but not over my age.."

"ok sweety.." she started wrapping the saree ..and finnaly pinning it up at the end..i was moving towards the mirror to see my hideous side..

"no no abhi nahi ..you are incomplete abhi" I sat on the chair..

She was something with my hair..i sppose that was a puff with semi open hair...now she moved towards my face..and put make up..

"lovely.. I am sure any guy would faint seeing u.." she giggled "now u can c urself in the mirror"

I rose and went to c myself..that was simply not me, it took me one minute to recognise myself..mini curled my hair like mom's with a puff, I was totally looking her reflextion today..the saree suited me like it was made for me only.. my eyes looked so big and deep..the make up was thankfully light..but still it wasn't me..i was still analying myself..

"bas..ab khudko hi apni nazar lagaogi kya abhya.." I smiled to her..

"thank u.."

"comon I havent done this..thus ur beauty has.. " and she hugged me.. unnaturaly I felt comfortable..

"well mai kitne saal ki lag rhi hun..?"

"mmm…affordable to introduce ur ranbir to your parents..dont worry u look max 21.."

"uhh.. 2 years..chalega.." and we both laughed..and she left..

Then I went downstairs..when mom called me..my whole faamily was staring me like anything..i checked my back that if there Is anything wrong..but it wasn't..

"kya hua nanu chalte hai na" nani just came to me and put her kajal behind my ear.. mom too did the same..everybody smiling and saying nothing..

"kya aadmi bhi nazar ka tikka laga sakte hai pia.." dad said looking to me..

"dad..do kafi hai.."

"pia ab abhya badi ho hi gayi hai..haan.."

"mai ro padoongi..ab aur kuch mat bolo and chalo misha ko akela lag raha hoga.." thankgod dad ne kuch bola nahi ranbir ke barre mai nhi toh..uff..kya bolti mai..

We reached the venue of marriage..after all the indian ceremonies ..bhaiya was on the grand seat ..guests were almost everywhere.. and then finnaly I could see my to-be-bhabhi come towards bhaiya..she looked so innocent..at one look only I could tell that bhaiya is really lucky to have her..she looked gorgeous in that red and silver lengha..then both exchanged varmalas..a very sweet moment… and now everybody was congratulating them one by one..so that means it is the perfect time to make ranbir and my parents meet.. finnaly ranbir was in my view in the entrance ..i went to mom after saying a short prayer to myself 'I wish sab theek rahe'

"mom aap yahi rukna mai ranbir ko lekar aayi" she smiled and nodded.. I know ki ab sabse pehla kam mom ka dad ko apne paas bulane ka hoga..

I then move towards khanna family..greeted and thanked everyone..

"now can I take him"

"jao jao majnu ji aapki pareeksha shuru" mini laughed..i glared at her..

Then we both reached the place where now mom and ofcourse dad was there..

"mm..mom..dad ..ranbir" I shoved my hand in the direction of ranbir..

"hello mr. raichand..and mrs raichand.." my job was just continously staring at first dad then ranbir..dad then ranbir….

"hello beta..nice to meet you" mom said

Dad smiled and said.. "I know this is early for you meeting us..but abhya humse kuch chupa nahi sakti..and don't worry vaise lag nhi raha that u r worried but still..somehow mujhe lagta hai..ki tum abhya se pyaar karte ho.."

"my pleasure .. and I promise abhya jab tak mere sath hai usse kuch nahi ho sakta and mai usse apne aap se dur kabhi nahi jaane dunga..usse har pal khush rakhunga mai.." dad hugged him

"aur kuch nahi chahiye bas"

"hey meri shaadi ki baat nahi chal rahi hai yaha…I just wanted to you dad that I am not in wrong hands not ki mujhe abhi shaadi karni hai.." I made an interesting face and tried reading mom's thought kyuki vo kuch bol hi nahi rahi thi ..

'mujhe apni aur abhay ki yaad aa gayi in dono ko dekh kar..sab baat theek hai..ladka bhi vishwas layak hai..par isme vo baat hai voh hi charm hai jo abhay mai hua karta tha..kya yeh bhi toh ek vampire nahi' oh freak mom ne yeh kaise guess kar lia 'nahi nahi par yeh nahi ho sakta..yaha vampires nahi hahi..nahi toh alina wud have told me..'

I moved to dad's thoughts 'it's gud really gud..abhya ko ranbir jaisa pyaar mila hai..she deserved him..dono kitne ache lagte hai sath mai..plus ranbir ke dad unke baare mai kafi acha hi suna hai..thats perfect..gud family and gud boy..and he laughed' between this ranbir started to talk with mom 'but mujhe aisa kyu lag raha hai I have seen him somewhere..kaha I have no clue…may be sirf mera vehem ho..'

"aunty I can really see why abhya is so gorgeous..bilkul aap par gayi hai.."

"thanku beta..you both luk gud together.."

"mom stop embarassing me infront of him..aap alag se keh dena yeh sab please.." and they all laughed..

"uncle why don't you talk with dad…vo bahut khush honge.."

"uski zaroorat nahi..i am here already.." raj uncle spoke from behind us. "hello mr. raichand.." they both shook his hand..

"mm..dad you talk I need to go.." they nodded "and you come wid me" I snatched ranbir from there.

We reached quite far from there..

"uff ranbir..uncle ko kyu bulaya ..sabko lagega ki we are marrying tomorrow only.."

"samajhte rahe..ho toh tum meri hi "I blushed looking in different direction

I changed the toopic "tum protection toh puri lekar aaye ho na.."

"takdi wali…wolf ka dada bhi hume nahi pehchan payega.."I laughed.. "tumhari ring kaha hai?" he askeed me

i pointed towards the chain in my neck in which I wore the ring as a pendant..

"hmm..gud"

"pata hai ye red lipstick laga kar tum mujhe kitna tempt kar rahi ho?"

"shut up.." then I looked towards dad..now he was talking to random man in the crowd..they were talking business..by chance I just peeped in that man's mind..it was blank like ranbir or may be varun..so he might be a wolf..

"ranbir aaj kal toh wolves bhi business ki advice bhi insaano lete hai" I pointed towards dad and that man..

He looked horrified now , I shook him "kya hua?"

"abhya varun ko bulao.."

"hua kya yeh to batao"

"bulao bas.." I went searching for him and got him to ranbir.. "he want to talk to you"

"voh aadmi wolf hai?" he pointed lightly towards that man.. varun looked pecularly "no.."

"mera shak sahi tha..abhya jaldi wear the ring ..varun yeh vo hi vampire hai jisne tumhari territory cross kari thi.." he was whispering now, I did as he said

"how can you say that" I asked , I was a bit scared now

"abhya mai bhi uska dimaag theek se nhi read kar parha hoon plus varun says he's not one of them and now I can feel the shields he has used to protect his smell ..maine dad and baki ko yaha bula hi lia hai.."

"but why the hell I cannot smell him.."

"I told u that night about his strong shielding power.." varun nodded

"ranbir ..dad se kyu baat kar rha hai vo..varun pls dad ko vaha se lekar jao.."

"yes..mai jaata hoon.." he did as he said , meanwhile uncle aunty mini and karan came…

"relax dude..apne dimag ki haalat dekh…shant hoja ..kuch nhi hoga kisi ko" ranbir glared when karan spoke..ofcourse they were having mind conversation now.. ranbir during his convo tugged me beside him..

"can he recognise u" I asked

"abhi to nhi but muje lagta hai he knows ."

"chahta kya hai ye"

"abhya..relax hum hai " karan spoke.. mini hugged me from side.. and whispered "abhya talking more will gather his attention more towards u..the ring only stops ur smell nt ur non-mind reading thing.." I nodded since I saw he seeing us between seconds..i had an idea..i texted ranbir "ranbir tum sab yaha se jao..abhi..mujhe tumhare sath dekhega toh mushkil ho jaegi" mujhe pata nhi kyu lag ra hai ki jo massi ne bataya aur ye vampire related hai..toh agr iski dushmani dad ya kisi se hai toh ranbir wud be at his shot..

"I know it wud become difficult for u..but tumhe akela nhi chod ke jaa sakta.." he texted back..

Yaad aaya mini ki punisment..then I texted mini "mini tumhari punishment..tumhe abhi apni family ko yaha se lekar jaana hai..no argument"

She looked in confusion now.. but replied "kuch bhi aur abhya..not this.." I nodded a 'no' then texted back "I will remove the ring if u don't do what I said.." my hand moving towards the ring..

She spoke in anger "ranbir..dad..let's go.." they obviously read her mind.. ranbir looked at his peak anger..i pointed towards the ring again.. they all began moving..

I texted to ranbir.. "sorry …but I need to..dont worry kuch ni hoga mujhe..dont forget yaha wolfies hai.." he didn't replied..kafi gussa hogya hai lagta..

I went to dad and to ask about that person when after half an hour he had got out..i wonder vo yaha aaya kyu n bulaya kisne..i also msgd ranbir that he was gone..but he didn't replied..i was sure ki abhi bhi he was really angry..

"dad voh black coat pant kon tha.."

"oh u mean mr. malhotra..businessman beta..naya hai market mai mujse advice le raha tha..bacha hi hai mere liye toh..zada se zada 26 years ka hoga.."

"oh..aap toh best ho dad" uff..so irritating..chahta kya tha ab vo hi jane..

Then at around 2 we reached home..

"abhya ranbir se kal bolna ki usse milkar bahut acha laga..and for u good choice..vo tumhare layak hai.." dad siad when I was saying a goodnight..i was glad dad liked him..bas kabhi ye na pata chale ki voh ek vampire hai..nhi toh pta ni kya hoga..

I was at my room sitting infront of the mirror..wondering ki yeh sab mini ne pehna toh dia utaru kaise..mom bhi thaki hui hai..unhe nhi bula sakti..uff after a minute..i started trying to get off with this necklace..it came out easily..next earings.. bracelet..but now this saree..i unpinned the pallu but i tried to open the hooks at the back..the blouse was backless..so hooks were so down..i was trying so much but it wasn't coming in my hand..

"need help" I turned back recognising ranbir's voice.. his question embarrased me..

"gussa utar gaya" I smirked..

"tumhe iss avatar mai dekh kar utarna hi tha.." he grinned.. "but let me help u out..mini has sent me specially to undress u" he smirkeed..

"what??" my mouth fell open

"toh poori raat saree mai nikalni hai toh hai.."

"acha theek hai..voh hooks kholdo"

"yes majesty" he reached towards me..the moment his cold hands touch my back..some sort of shiver went deep inside me..he bent down on knees..kissing my bare back..i couldn't control the adraline rush in my body..he slowly unhooked my blouse,this moment it started falling ahead..he immediately took concern of my hesitation..and covered my back with a t-shirt..

"mai bahar jaata hoon ..u change, mai 5 min mai aata hoon.."

"no wait..
