At the outset I wish to say that I am huge fan of PV...and do not miss a single episode...
yet I cannot understand this -

A divorce cannot be granted immediately after the two parties have just signed the papers even if it is under mutual consent...as Yash and Aarti (though it was forced on them I agree...) They have to wait for a 6 month period to be legally out of the wedlock...

So Yash cannot marry - I mean re marry - till then as it would amount to bigamy.

Secondly even if I assume that 6 months are over and hence he is marrying Aarti looks just the same...she does not look full term pregnant which should have been the case.

Correct me if I have missed something here...

you are right there.. but as Yash was in a hurry to get done with it to catch the culprit, i guess it was shown that way..
The 6mos waiting game is probably also the reason why Aarti is still in SM..

Dont look for these types of logic in hindi seriels, especially related to legal matters!

what was shown is far off from reality divorce proceedings, n especially when child custody/visitation rights, maintence n support/alimony and property/financial matters is concerned... those cases takes alot longer then 6 months in court proceedings depending on dispute areas!
