Dumbledore got up and silenced the hall with a wave of his wand. "Dear students, all the activities and classes have been cancelled for the upcoming one week because of the games." A cheer went up from the crowd below. "Oh, no!" Hermione said frowning. "Studying is much more important than these stupid games." "As you have all read, today will be the day for football matches." and he pulled out a scroll and began to read. "Slytherin vs Hufflepuff" Goyle cracked his knuckles glaring at Ernie. He gulped. Dumbledore continued, "And Ravenclaw vs Gryffindor in the first round. The two teams who win, will face off in the finals. The matches will start at 3 o'clock. The extra time being given to you will be used up in practising. Remember, these games are being organized for you to experience muggle games and appreciate them. After breakfast you will all assemble in the Grounds."
