It's a serial anything can happen especially in ssk u don't really need to go to court to get divorced that's how prem and roli got divorced same thing with Sid and rolis divorce. Look at punar vivah yash and aarti got divorced yesterday and he is getting married the next day. In serials u don't really need a judge or court to get divorced u just sign the papers and that's it u r done with it. The paper did say mutual understanding so both parties are agreeing for the divorce and has no objection to it so need of judge or court. I mean Sid got married to roli the same day roli got divorced from prem. same with the case of veeru and roli.
atleast in ekta kapoor serial there is divorce proceedings and court scenes. in ssk every thing gets done in a day or 2. may be the wedding date veeru put forth is probably the day the court officially stamps roli and siddhants divorce papers. i mean veeru is the one who submitted the papers in court so he probably knows when the paper will get stamped.
