In Thursday episode, Aradhana was talking to someone over Phone and it was apparent from her words that the person other side is very close to her and she is a female. So, friends , guess who she can be?

I remember in article they mentioned AR as widow so may be it is her daughter ...!!

They told that she was an ayurvedic doc..but in the epi where Nidhi goes to meet her, the name plate stated that she was MBBS
