The only other person who knows about Purvi's pregnancy is the obstrecian that Archu took her to. Maybe she harboured feelings for Onir and is trying to wreck their marriage... Other possibilities include Ovi trying to find out the truth. Prolly explain why she is being all goody two shoesish lately..Let's not get carried off by the voice of a man people.. They could easily pay somebody to get the job done.

Or worst case scenario Onir.. Which doesn't make sense! And I will never watch another Ekta serial again! They don't need to commit some more character slaughter just to reunite Arvi and please fans.
