i was wondering whether the votes matter at all - only because when we watch the show, they say the lines are open until the next night or whenever, but then they eliminate a jodi on the show that night itself. even though the show is taped in advance, this still does not make sense because people don't see the show when the tape it - they see it only when they air it. as opposed to dance with the stars, where they perform one night and then are eliminated another night when the scores actually come in. what gives here?
