bizarre of an title i would proclaim...an experience you experiment ...i thought long before i came up with that..and no,fellas..its all in the name of the show im addicted to now,so ,no,im not going off...why the title ?u may ask...because sapne suhaane ladakpan ke is just that to me...it is an experience in life undergone by two college going girls with contrasting background and philosophies turned into an experiment on tv and for me,it has worked and it did wonderfully...there are few instances in life when we can safely proclaim a fiction to hit us so much that it becomes an addiction,a something we use to connect to our surroundings ...and sapne did just that...how? i dont have exact answers to that..i am a college going girl but honestly,at the start from the time of the promos,i wasnt exactly tipped to watch as i viewed it from the shade of a thypical sisters going for the same guy et al and drama s henceforth...i avoided but stayed in the updates...and then, one fine day,i got hooked onto a particular scene as i browsed channels and thats where i added sapne...to my life favourite and in particular ..in my heart as well.

'woh nehi samjhenge ,rachna!'-gunjan to rachna when confronted by the family members regarding the whole chatting -mintu controversy...that particular scene captured me so much that i went on and rewatched it on youtube to understand the story..the sincerity displayed through gunjan s eyes in protecting and wanting the best for rachna and vice versa was done just apt.that was enough for me to brave my way through and post this in an new territory here...im not sure of the acceptance but im totally in awe of the characterisation...gunjan and her initial days with her mother, battling her cancer, the sudden loss ,adaptation to her mausi s rather strict surroundings and the new bond...haila,i didnt see a roopal tyagi there,i saw a natural character in the fiction as gunjan ,her tantrums, her initial resistance...hats off to the practicality shown there,CV's! truly remarkable the transition was...i ,for one, kept saying 'i would have done the same thing '..'ure right gunjan'..and it continued.in all that ,i intercepted into the character shown and i saw it as happening in real life..rachna and her initial warm undertaking of her newfound cousin was shown memorably waxed into her characterisation ..in all this,it is the perfectional flaws as i would love to call in these characters especially gunjan that awe s me still.i applaud the makers for enabling the character to stay in motion of what she was before...the fact that she maintains her thoughts ,dressing sense ,her logic and practicality with a touch of equality remaining in her veins and most importantly, her courage to face things and be the perfect support for rachna.
if in all this, rachna gunjan bond was a winner for the sheer sincerity shown...the gunjan shail bond takes the cake for the love as in itself...vaishnavi mahant has completely outdone herself as the perfect mausi here ...i loved her in mjht ,even then ,she was a revolutionist albeit comically with the legendary queen nupur, her onscreen daughter in law!..here,a faded relationship between sisters between shail and gunjan s mom turned conjoined to a mother daughter bonding which grips my heart everytime their conversations and their sincere eye contacts displaying sincere emotions cross my path ...i must say,a brave take on a bond not many endeavour in a serial has been of a success rate.as a viewer,im connecting with them and i say that s the result of a successful combination...when a relationship shakes a viewer,it has reached a high level of connection...hats off to the duo !

Most of the drama's problematic loose ends are tied up and given a positive spin before the credits roll. For instance, sangeeta lives in fantasy world much of the time (an imagined relationship with richie charu prompts her to care less about Mayank's likeness).Gunjan has a problem with lying, but it's made clear that dishonesty has consequences . By episode's end, however, she remarks, "Absolute reality can be more fun than fantasy."

It's considered reasonable and normal that parents punish their children for misbehaviour. on the whole, its a different take here as gunjan is never shown overtly spoilt altough in her circumstances as in most serials, those bred in modern homes are shown either disobedient or truly evil.it is commendable that modern bred girls are given due credit here.it goes to show, its never the place ,it is in the individuals adaptation that shapes their being.wonderful conconction by cvs here breaking the normal stereotyped image of modern girls. rachna's father worries after he discovers her closeness with gunjan is shown logically considering his old world thinking .Shail s dignified stance is a mover most of the times.

Sapne...
sends a not-so-subtle message regarding the influence that relationships can have on teenage girls. And over-the-top show of innocence and sacrifice mahanta of leads is made to seem juvenile.sapne succeeds in the casting and succeeds in delivery as well...very often,i question my not so prone to serial mind why am i addicted to sslk now...and the only answer i could come up with is because i see life there...Sweet Dreams Of Adolescence lives fresh and hopefully,it will forever...the background song just fits and creates magic everytime its played...a drama as captivating with the strong bonds and which solely believed in love in all the bonds formed,be it in all familial relationship and treads on pure sincerity ,right from beautiful performance by actors who live the roles ..fiery gunjan, softie rachna, loving shail,..on the whole it proved why life experience proves to be a successful experiment on Tv...

..an experience experimented with success...SAPNE SUHAANE LADAKPAN KE...!
