Laxmikanth Berde was a fantastic actor...

In Hindi movies he was doing only comedy roles but in Marathi movies he.did some fantastic roles. Even his Marathi stage plays like "Toor Toor" was briliant.

He did well in Sooraj Barjatya movies...MPK and HAHK were really nice roles.

excess alcohol intake resulted in liver problems,which eventually cost him his life...he's a gr8 actor..be it Hindi or Marathi...specially his role in Marthi film 'Ashi hi Banwa Banwi" remains my favourite...RIP L Berdeji

He was a very good actor. His wife used to also come in movies Priya Arun. She was in HAHK with him as the servant girl who he marries later.
