How predictable that if it's Diwali in any ekta serial....One of the leading couples will burn their hand and have their romantic moment...

I was waiting all week to see... "Kiska haath jalega this time....?"

I really was hoping Lakshya and KT wouldnt have to go through this cheesiness... 🤔
But i loved Pari in the scene.... I mean the way she reacted was soo funny.... it was exactly what i would doo.... I love Pari... 😛I want to see more of her in the serial rather than just as a side part...

So what you guys have to say...Isnt it mind numbingly predictable how someone has to burn their hands on Diwali to have a ❤️ moment? 🤔

Nimmi 😊

I agree! Even though I love Lakshya-KT together, that hand burning scene was typical and cheesy. How many more staring scenes will they have? They need to make progress...all they do is gaze into one another's eyes while a romantic song plays in the background. When are they going to express their feelings? 😕

Hey guys..Ive just started reading the forums...I'm kinda confused about what you said darkness_123..you said that on diwali "One of the leading couples will burn their hand and have their romantic moment..."

What does that mean? Is that just an Ekta thing? Or is it an old wives tale of what happens on Diwali? Im not really familiar with this kinda stuff...

Also sorry I dont know if I'm supposed to ask here...but how is Bhavri related to the Virani's...I can't understand how she's Manthan's and Bhumi's bua...

By the way darkness_123...yours stories are fabulous! Keeps the forum interesting 😳

^ Its a old filmy thing you know...if its diwali, someone has to burn their hand and then their loverboy/girl will run to their rescue and put their hand in water or in thier mouth or sum such cheezy stuff like tht...And ekta uses it to the hilt...the filmyness....

They need more original writers for this serial, at least for the lakshya kt track...

And to answer your question, Mihir had a brother Chirag (played by hussain) ... Bavri is chirags daughter...so Karan's first/second cousin..and thats how she is Bhoomi/manthan's bua...

Glad you like the stories! 😳

Love,
Nimmi 😛

Darkness_123 meant that every year during Diwali, Ekta always shows a scene where the woman burns her hand as she lights a diya and the man tends to her. Ekta thinks of it as a "romantic" scene, but most of us are tired of it because it has become repetitive and cheesy.

Edited to add: Oops, nevermind...darkness_123 just answered your question! 😊

i totally agree. 😃
kinda like when there's a kitchen scene. someonne cuts their finger and their loverboy/girl puts their finger in their mouth. i think its more gross than romantic. 😆
