its either woh kisna hai or its from the movie Lucky - Shayad yahi to pyar hai.

Kisna doesn't have those lyrics..trust me..i've listened to it millionss of times!

i think the song u're talking about is from Lucky, they just re-worded the lyrics and changed the singers
and that song would be "Ek Ajnabee Sa"
