He always sounds genuine and is witty without being offensive.
I don't think he's very competitive! He seems to work to earn. He treats it like a job. I've never seen any hunger in him to reach the top of his game or leave behind a certain legacy in terms of work or position himself as an icon. The Khans seem very specific in kind of work they do, causes they espouse and image they want to project.
