Just saw yesterday's episode and I think while Shobha was completely saddened by her son's ways -
- in first deserting Aarti
- then disowning her despite her efforts to mend the relations
- then interfering in Aarti's new found life after recovering from cancer
- finally stooping to some real derogatory behaviour with their son Ansh and his kidnapping...
Having said all this, Shobha surely must have felt the pain of having lost her son in the real sense and not what she described as he had already died according to her when he was bad to Aarti.
She surely must have completely put aside her maternal instincts in such an hour of grief...She had to be with right...
She acted very well...and her emotions were just perfect in such a trying situation.
