Sometimes, you have to use your common sense. Beating 15 professional gunde alone bare hands, is too much and if win, it will be unreal. I believe what they showed was more realistic...
He could have gotten hitchhike, and be there before safe and sound, to bring her out alive, like he did partially and will later tomorrow..

Asad's actions to me were justifiable as there was a significant amount of pleading which was evident on his face and his tone when he said to the mamu guy to let Zoya go and that Maryam wouldn't have been alive if Zoya had not have helped her escape and that was before he found out about maryam being raped prior to the marriage. When those goons were walking him off ...to me,Asad semed totally and utterly helpless...just literally pleading for Zoya's mercy and when he came back for her it wasn't because he's just realized how much he loves her as he has a way to go before any such thing happens from his side but he came back for sheer humanity...the fact that he has a conscience, for the guilt that was eating away at him for not believing in her in the first place and for the very fact that he could never turn his back on her especially when she is in his protection or anyone having to go through such an act of brutality. Also when he did come back the sheer panick stricken helpness was visible without a doubt and Kudos to KSG for emoting all these raw emotions through the use of his eyes and body language with such finesse. This guy just uses every single muscle in his body to act with to bring about the realism in his character and for us the audience to be able to feel the ordeal of the character being enacted. He is a brilliant actor and is a treat to watch and show stealer for me today!

I think Asad knew exactly what he was doing, many people are saying he was flustered and it's a natural reaction and I do agree to that but Asad isn't a man that will get flustered easily in any situation and that's why I think he went with the guys knowingly, he knew that if he put up a fight they would kill him and her, and with all those men with guns it wasn't a fair fight, so it was only practical for him to wait, that's why as soon as the goons dropped him off, he ran back to save her.

Also he would have went back for her either way, no matter if he found about Mariam or not, he isn't the type of guy to leave someone in trouble especially not a women.

Imo the scene was very well done, they could have easily shown Asad fighting goons and saving Zoya,,but that would have been difficult to digest..yes he has fought off goons in the past, but not so many armed with weapons.

Actually I was surprised while watching the show. The situation was too drastic for Asad to be as stable as he was. Asad knew that Zoya was going to be buried alive; he had seen an older buried body. While I support him in not having fought them because winning would have been impossible, he should have pleaded for mercy towards Zoya- he did not do that. I'm really really surprised and slightly disappointed. But his frantic search for her after that was much much better and I was thrilled with that. I mean this is the guy who shields Zoya physically each time she has been in danger so it just wasn't natural or in character for him to walk away under threat without pleading or crying profusely at least. After getting off the bus, it took him a moment of thinking before he ran off to save her. It would have been better if they showed that he was planning a fast return to the burial site during his ride to the bus stop with the goons-that would've been the Asad I know.

Same thing Hit me!! Like how can he?? If all these didnt happen, he still would have let they bury Zoya and sat in the car and gone?!

But NO we shouldnt forget, Asad is a man, who just had realized the meaning of True Realization. Inner demons killed him. Orelse why would he run back to save her? His pain was literary felt. He was guilty, he knew he couldnt fight these men off. He knew he cant do anything. But he couldnt let her die even.

Think of a situation where you know nothing will be fine, but you are made to say "all is gonna be well" how wrenching is that? Same happened with Asad.

At least but not the least, He came back. I doubt if really people do that these days.

dont u think if a person would be at gun point he cant do anything but leave and then think what is to be done...

what if he would hv done someting and both ASYA WOULD have died or would be in a serious problem..

it was better to leave and then think...

asad wasnt zoya's husband who would die for zoya...

obviously he need time to think

At some point I thought the same thing but if you actually think about it then he did the right thing , if he actually tried to fight them their then it would be him & zoya in that grave. Tbh I would hav down the same thing (what asad did today).
