"I was expecting to get the debut award and I am getting it in many award functions, but didn't expect to get the award for singing. I got three best debut actor awards," said Ayushmann.

"I was thinking Sonu Nigam will get best singer award for 'Abhi mujhe main kahin'. I couldn't react as I got the award for Pani Da," concluded Ayushmann.

Ya ayushman got overrated. thank God he acknowledged dat this award was of Sonu Nigam . i dont know filmfarce criteria about judging and giving unexpected awards

I think he didn't deserve either one. There were better singers and better debutantes this year.

Someone should have at least given Parambrata a nod in any one of the categories.

Though Paani da rang is a very good song and Ayushman's voice is really nice but I also expected Sonu to win it.

Abhi mujh mein kahin is really soulful..
