KD's dad-25yrs in police n no promotion-how come?

Its very strange dat KD's dad is in police 4m 25 yrs in police but still he is a constable. How come he did not got promotion all these yrs eventhough he is intelligent n honest???

V all hated KD's dad earlier but he is really intelligent n understanding 4m heart jo vo pehle b hoga. Par duniya ki reality k vajah se vo frustrated aur thoda confused ho gaya tha. KD k innocence prove hone k baad, he is back to his real self. He still criticizes rich ppl(like Mrs. Gujral) as der may b some reason behind it. He said right dat ppl like Mrs. Gujral don't hv 10 minutes to sit wid der children n talk. He does not want KD to get into any wrong thing.
