Bhoomi was pregnant and she went to the madir with Arjun, someone on a motorcycle came and hit Bhoomi in the stomach with the motorcyle. Bhoomi suffered miscarriage.

Bhoomi Arjun went to the doctor for checkup, the doctor said Bhoomi herself cannot concieve, but they can have a child thru surrogate mother.

Kavita in the serial she is Reshma a bar dancer at HH she calls herself Savitri, Shefali got her to be the surrogate mother, and it was Shefali on the motorcyle that hit Bhoomi.

All the while the family is thinking that the person on the motorcyle is a male, but now the police have found clues that the person on the motorcyle was a female.
