You noticed he didn't asked Sharon about her problem but you didn't notice he was worried to hide his relationship from her cause if anyone else other than swayam came to know about it first, it will create problems for him.
Uski life me finally sab thik hua hai and he don't want to spoil it. No one wants that.
Sharon has so many girlfriends to share her problems and she can always tell rey if she want. It was not like she was particularly there to tell him about her problem.

Rey is rey, he is in love.
I mean what part swayam played while the rumors about rey taani were spread, as a brother he should have but he did nothing.
Cause it was taarey part and Sharon problem was swaron part.
Rey always acted as good friend but never tried interfering more than enough.
I mean you just want him to ply a friend or a cupid in swaron. Can't he for once live his own life?
Sharey friendship is still enact, she can anytime tell him whatever she liked.

Rey is individual character not someone's baby sitter to always be at service.
He always supported Sharon, swayam and his every friend when required.
There are so many times when swayam or Sharon's part can be blamed but i won't do that cause i love all four of them and i appreciated them to be in their limits, BFF's doesn't need to share each and every thing in their lives.
For god sake stop creating just posts on forum to create problems.
