Well I think Vivek oberio was hero material if you have seen Company and saathiya . But it just his attitude and panga that destroy his career. Now even I don't think so he can be a leading man. I was thinking about Emran Hasmi that he has no hero material but he has change my perception.

Thushar Kapoor, Sachin Joshi, Boby deol, Ritesh Deshuukh are few non leading man material.
