How strange!

Did anyone notice that the 2nd episode was so strange?! When Suman had the accident with the guy, he was unconscious when they brought him to the hospital. Then when she reaches college and finds her hall permit missing, she goes out and sees the guy standing there in bandages and covered in blood. So that means that he must have left the hospital 5 minutes after her. How can that be when he was unconscious and no doctor in the world woul let an accident victim out of the hospital after 5 minutes! Especially if that person is injured so badly! It didnt make any sense for him to go to the college. And how in the world did he get the hall permit?!
Then after Suman goes in, he faints. She did not see it happen. So how does she know that he went back to the hospital??
Isnt it so strange?! This whole incident just does not make sense! What do you guys think?

no dear..... he might be not that serious when admitted in the hospital........ but he must have gone against doctor's instructions but came out to help Suman .... after that may be his condition turned worse.......

the whole scenario meant to convey message in that way.....

Arjun says in the episode itself that the nurse found the hall ticket on the stretcher and gave it to him and I think it also mentioned that he went woithout telling anyone...though dont remember coreectly.
