Episode starts off with AarYa & kids at the Civil court Bhopal.
Ansh says the place is so dirty! Why are they here, to which Yash says something which i can't recall at all and the two share a cute scene together. (Now this scene was mercilessly BUTCHERED By those Non-GC arms! You think I'm a fool not to notice those aren't GC's hands?! 😡 Me not likey..Shoo Body double )
They go inside and see some random posters stuck around here and there with two men dressed up as cartoons playing around.
Okay now let's get this cleared... Children are NOT Allowed in a court, there's an age restriction at least. They can be held in the waiting room but not in the main court where the hearing takes place.
And It's common sense as well for the parents at least, who would want their child listening to people talking about their custody? Doesn't that affect a child?
Prashant walks in and taunts Yash that how he could not afford a lawyer despite being so rich. (Abhe O 80's Ke Villian! You can't afford a haircut to begin with, talking to my Yash ji about money are you?! 😡😆)
Shobha & Dubey walk in and say that they're with Yash even if everyone else isn't (Now, I know Shobha is genuinely supporting AarYa, but I'm not so sure about Mr.Dubey yet)
The judge arrives and all sit down, some funny moment and then he tells the kids to leave. (Now FINALLY! Thank You Judge Ji! Meri Baat Sun Liya! 🤣)

Yash Ji explains his side of the story to the judge and I'm like ..Waaahhh Yash Ji don't cry! Me Also gonna...
Prashant tells his side of the story and all I could think of was "He's one hell of a cunning..sly..basket! Jaata Kyun Nai Yeh Kamina?!"
Amidst all this Ganchakkar in the court, and everytime all those previous incidents were mentioned, my anger rose ten folds.
The judge says that Ansh will stay with Prashant for one night and then the final verdict will be given tomorrow.
I'm curious to see what Prashant can do in a day to make Ansh stay with him, convince him to say that he wants to stay with Prashant.
A few points on the characters.
- Aarti : Sigh... I feel for this woman...😭
Ansh, whether anyone agrees or not, has always been the center of her world for the longest period of time. Yash, Payal & Palak came in later. If you take away Ansh away from her, she will literally fall apart. He has always been the reason for her living, and I'm hoping Ansh doesn't get convinced by Prashant in one day. I loved how defensive she became time and time again when those incidents were being mentioned, showed she still was worried about the people who give two hooties to her these days.

- Yash : Wow...do step fathers like him exist? People barely do that for their real children, and he's doing it for his step-son. I feel for him too...sigh..
The way he stood up time and time again while the judge had to warn him (🤣) he was so defensive just like Aarti! And, did i frikin LOVE The bit where he stood up, apologized for butting in, and said "I can't tolerate anyone saying anything to my wife"

The guy is unbelievably evil no doubt, but one Must remember that you don't become evil overnight. He WAS That man who saved Aarti, think about it; Yash's car had zoomed past Ansh & Aarti, if it wasn't Prashant then Aarti wouldn't have survived. He is the same guy who tried to bring AarYa together, intentionally unintentionally idk but he did. Then what happened that he became so evil?
My answer; he realized what he had lost, and being the natural selfish Kamina that he was before, he acted upon everything that could get him everything back. Which Unfortunatly, didn't happen in his case, which explains his situation now :/
His good side came in when he realized he had cancer, and obviously when such things happen, you tend to turn yourself 360 degrees; which he did. But then again, as he started to recover from his illness, he began to feel bad for himself.
Idk what to think of him, although he has done good deeds in his sober days, he's done equally bad deeds in 9/10th of his life..which is Litrally from his birth till last few months 🤣 GRRR I Hate Him! No mercy from me! 😡

Oh wait, the man with principles, morals, and the rest of the Mahaan words from the dictionary. Come to think of it, he's nothing he claims to be.
For him, his "Honour", his Izzat means more than anything. He made sure Aarti & Yash were trapped. He said that he has disowned/broken all ties with his son because of this woman.
Now buddy, aren't you the one who kicked them out in the first place? Aarti Ne Kya Kiya?
He can stoop so low when he wants his bloated ego to win, he doesn't care whether Yash, Payal & Palak will be happy if Aarti leaves; all he cares about is his Honour, his FAT Ego.
SUPERB Stuff from Chetan Ji! He justifies his role completely! Can't really imagine anyone else playing SP other than him.
- Gayatri : As I was typing, I remembered when SP had said he has made a promise to a mother that he will bring her son back home. Now, Gayatri has played a BIG Part in this to begin with. Wasn't she the one who Ran away dramatically and had complained how Aarti has her family while she doesn't? Now woman, it's your husband who decided to kick them out, it's not Aarti's fault is it?!
It makes me think, has she actually forgiven Aarti for that "Lie" or was she pretending for the sake of her Unborn Pota?

Honestly, the more I think about them, the more they piss me off with their selfishness.
- Prateik & Pankaj : I know they weren't in the episode, but I just can't stress how annoyed and disappointed I am with these two. No actually, I am just disappointed with ALL Of the Sindhiya family. You know, by staying silent in this, they're making it really obvious that they want Aarti to be kicked out of Yash's life.
The same Aarti who has done so much for this family, without thinking about the consequences; they're willing to chuck her out of Yash's life.
A question came into my head, Imagine Aarti does end up going away from Yash's life "Yash will be back to that same old Yash right. What will happen then?"
And then an instant answer came into my head
"Get him married once again what else"
Aarti is, was and has always been an object in the family. They wanted her to make Yash happy, and now; they're least bothered if she leaves because hey! Yash ji can marry again can't he!
Amidst all this, I can see that it is only Yash who is right by her side and will continue to be by her side no matter what happens! So that's a plus.
Aarti & Yash don't deserve such a family that is willing to stay silent when somewhere down the line they know themselves; their Father is wrong.
Paridhi, darling i think it's about time you tell everyone what you have been doing before Yash Ji exposes the MMS to anyone (Which I know he won't ..Grrr too sweet Yash Ji is!)
Vidhi, take the blinders off and look beneath it all, look at the Aarti whom YOU Know is for real, the one you've lived with for 9-10 months.
Uff...DISAPPOINTED With the lack of support from these side characters. But I'm glad they're like this, makes me respect Yash & Aarti's relationshiop even more.
However, Prashant & Sindhiya get no sympathy from me!
