He is asit modi. He is producer of saarrthi. Saarrthi is 1st show of karan. Saarrthi is 1 of d sucessful show on star plus. Saarrthi's titeme slot was 2.30in afternoon. But this show trp competes with prime time show. Frankly speaking karan's best show. But after that karan sighned new show meri awaz ko mil gayi roshni... Thats y he left this show. Asit modi was very upset with karan. U can read about whole story in karan's biographu.

Thanks for the information Ruby 😊 Karan made a mistake by leaving a good show but never mind as he has learnt a good lesson for doing it and he won't do it again in future 😉
