What did Purvi mean?

Purvi said that she should tell Onir the truth that she wants to stay here in Mumbai and with her past? Or am I mistaken? Did she mean she wants Arjun now?

She probably meant she is ok living in the same city as arjun who is her past and she has to tell onir tht she ok with living here even though arjun also lives here.

she need to stay in mumbai till ovi's delivery, so she wants onir to knw everything so that he would not misunderstand arvi's relation...

Yes, it was a very stupidly confusing dialogue which had double meaning - i don't mean in the bad way but a foreshawdoing of future, like it cud mean she wud want to live with Arjun and with the past life she had with him. But today she really didnot mean it that way.

What i took it as was - that i have to face my past (mistakes) and can't run away from them and that i have to learn to live with them - i.e Onir knowing abt it.

Well obviously he knew bout the baby before they got married and when he overheard arvi talking he knew arjun was the father. Ovi being mad made sense now to him. Coz he never asked wat happened to purvi he doesnt know arjun has no clue bout the baby. I think he'll be ok with arjun once purvi tells him wat happened butwho knows wats gonna happen.
