Apara Mehta is once again ready to share the space with her two onscreen grandsons Sumeet Sachdev aka Gomzi of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Hiten Tejwani aka Karan of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, but this time they portray the roles of Shashank and Anupam. "It was like a reunion. It was a long time ago when I had Sumeet and Hiten with me on screen." Says Mehta who was thrilled to have Hiten joining them on the sets of Ekta Kapoor's latest serial Karam Apna Apna. Sources leak that in time other members of the Kyunki cast will make their way in to this serial.
However Apara wasn't the only one happy with Hiten's entering. His older brother Gautam, Sumeet Sachdev, gave him a good welcoming to the sets. "I'm glad Hitens here, he's one of my good friends. Ever since he came the sets are filled with much more light." Says Sumeet. Other casts members who weren't as close to Hiten as Apara and Sumeet gave him a welcoming smile. What does Hiten think about all this? "I'm really happy to be apart of Karam Apna Apna because my character is a little different then the usual ones I play. Plus I have one of my really good friends Sumeet Sachdev by my side. Now once we finish shooting for Kyunki we can go together to shoot for Karam." Explains Hiten.
