I too found it very unreal and impractical...not leaving at least a few deposits for his family(wife and kids in future) in case of emergencies...but,then we could relate it to R.K who is shown to have a different take on life...the way he sees it and the things he values...not to forget he is a paagal...with a junooni edge driving him...and he is a man who loves taking risks...face life,face challenges and win over them...

What I didn't much understand is Madhu without a thought getting ready to leave mallik and Padmini...I can understand R.K leaving family behind...even he wouldn't have left his dad if he was alive...its his hurt that lets him discard everything to acquire love... On the contrary,Madhu has beautiful relations with her parents which she cherishes...she is not shown as a loner either...she enjoys being amid all the relations...so,where from is this junoon coming in her which makes it so easy for her to get away with her husband not coming back for life...with no questions and no regrets...This part was somehow not conveyed in Madhu properly for me...It would have been better if there was a monologue of Madhu thinking that its hard for her to leave but,knows how important it is for her husband and hence is ready to do it for him...wait a minute..!! Is she doing it for him...or she,herself liked this idea of having R.K all for herself as was shown in one scene...?? 😕

@bold: I agree RK has a different take on life, attributed to that junooni streak in him. But, haven't circumstances changed now? Earlier he was a loner, despising every relation, not burdening himself with too many responsibilities and hence living a reckless life. But now with Madhu in his life, and considering that he truly loves her, she is his responsibility(I am saying this because she comes across as a homely girl and has never shown interest in pursuing any career after marriage). He cannot afford to take such risks any more and play around with his destiny, that too with his dream of having three kids. I am not doubting his capabilities to rebuild his future and finances with whatever profession he chooses. The man is truly an epitome of confidence and self-sufficiency. But, come on. He is 29 years old. Is it so hard for him to think logically and have some backup/emergency plans for his family?

Coming to Madhu, it all boils down to her reasons for loving RK, which have not yet been revealed. I remember discussing this with Shri couple of days ago. Having always surrounded by family and relations, how she so easily agrees to leave everything behind, will be answered with her reasons for loving him. She has never shown any insecurity towards her love for RK(not even towards deepali) So, I doubt if she also thinks of having RK all for herself and hence gives in to his plan. Madhu's decision remains a mystery.

Most likely, Madhu will be standing shocked with copious tears rolling down, till she starts firing RK/Rishabh. Best way to stop her crying sessions is a session with RK, that's why they're so made for each other.

Would like to give you quick answers...

1) Please view RK from an artist's mind. This mind cannot follow logic...although it is important and must in all people. A creative mind needs to delve into throughts, create them, if need be break them and recreate them...So don't think their retreating it like end of them...infact it rejuvenates them with more replenished energy.

2) And yes, Rishabh is doing all this leaving behind in all happiness, but it is his junoon of not to get defeated is what driving him with such dedication. Have you forgotten, one NO from Madhu sent him to drinking spree and self-destructive mode. It was Trishna who saved him and Madhu that day. The guy is still not healed. He is in the process of fixing himself by accepting that he needs to let go. But then he wants his real problem also to go. He is like...okay I made up with God, my father's death, now accepting my mother...but what about my desire for being loved ? So he is trying to get it all and keep it forever with him never to lose...whichever way he can get...if that means to destroy his current state and then recreate a different state.

3) Madhu willing to go away with RK...If I was Madhu's mother, and when Madhu is married, I wouldn't mind her going away anywhere with her husband. Its wrong of me to interfere in their married life. And likewise Madhu should not be blamed for not thinking of her parents. Come on the girl, now wants to start her married life...nothing wrong with that desire. And may be this is her love...she loves him insanely and suddenly now not afraid to show her feelings when he promises her to take her away after getting properly married. From her point it is perfect happiness for her. And moreover, this man (RK) is so much better than her earlier choice of Mukund Dikshit, with whom also she was ready to spend her rest of life in conformance to their values.
